Join to apply for the 1st Shift - Chemical Lab Technician role at Bristol Industries.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the chemistry balance in chemical tanks to ensure the production of quality parts.
• Perform routine analysis on all chemical baths for plating and cleaning lines.
• Keep all lab documents and performance in compliance with company standards.
• Complete data sheets for chemical processes such as cleaning and electroplating.
• Prepare data charts to document process control statistics.
• Make chemical additions and calibrate lab instruments.
• Participate in special analytical projects and general housekeeping duties.
• Assist in preparation and execution of Nadcap chemical process audits.
• Maintain inventory and order chemicals as needed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a production environment with varying conditions (temperature, wetness, noise, fumes, gases).
• Repeated walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to assess concentrations, check chemicals, read SDS, and use data entry, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with hull cells, titrations, pipetting, and chemical handling.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Visual acuity for detailed work.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Work in a well-ventilated environment.
