Job summary

Maola Local Dairies is hiring a Case Dock Operator for on-site duties in High Point, NC. You will unload trailers, move milk cases and pallets, and help keep the dock area safe and organized.

The role is full-time with a 1st shift from 4:00am to 12:30pm, with overtime, weekends and holidays required. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, life insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Unloads trailers, transports cases and pallets safely.

Responsibilities

• Unloads trailers as received and documents cases and pallets.
• Lifts, stacks and loads pallets and items from trailers.
• Transferrs cases to the dock chain and supports production when needed.
• Keeps the work area clean, safe and organized.
• Operates around chemicals and machinery during cleaning tasks.
• Monitors radio systems for efficient communication.
• Collaborates with team members to achieve objectives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
