Job summary

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity in Buy Back / Recycle at a company in Hazelwood, MO. This is a potential to hire position for 1st shift with pay at $18.00/hour. Duties include inspecting pallets, repairing and refurbishing, and operating a forklift in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities also cover breaking down damaged pallets for recycling, loading/unloading, and maintaining a clean, safe work area in the rework department.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• Manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect plastic pallets for defects and determine rework or repair methods.
• Repair, rework, and refurbish pallets to meet quality standards.
• Break down damaged pallets for recycling or disposal.
• Operate a forklift to transport pallets and materials.
• Load and unload materials using a forklift.
• Perform manual handling—stacking, sorting, organizing piles of pallets.
