Ormco, a global leader in orthodontic products, is seeking a Production Technician to set up and operate automated equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will monitor critical process parameters and ensure compliance with SOPs and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation.
• Monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls to ensure specifications.
• Follow engineering drawings, SOPs, and other written/verbal specifications in manufacturing processes.
• Install, modify, move, troubleshoot, repair and dismantle machinery per documented procedures and blueprints.
• Perform set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments and mechanical assemblies.
• Assemble mechanical units and electrical/electronic sub-systems into sub-assemblies or complete units using hand and power tools.
