Job summary

Thai Summit America is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of technicians in an automotive sheet metal stamping environment. You will supervise, instruct and motivate the team to meet departmental goals and apply broad maintenance principles.

Candidates should have 5-7 years in manufacturing, experience with ERP, MS Office, and knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical/PLC troubleshooting, and robotics. A hands-on leadership style is required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong software knowledge: MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint; ERP system

Responsibilities

• Supervise, instruct and motivate the team to meet departmental goals
• Apply broad knowledge of maintenance principles and practices
• Plan and execute daily activities per production requirements
• Lead and develop Associates through training and skill assessment
• Maintain safety, quality and housekeeping; reduce scrap
• Coordinate and plan company initiatives
• Respond to associates concerns and drive problem-solving (8D)
