Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks an Assembly worker for the Hesston, KS plant. 1st Shift is 6:30am–3pm with starting pay at $18.21 per hour. You will join a production team focused on assembling parts into complete units while following safety and quality standards.

On-site role with opportunities to contribute to a leading global tools company. Expect teamwork, adherence to procedures, and a strong emphasis on safety throughout the shift.

What You’ll Do

As an Assembly worker you’ll be part of our production team located in Hesston, KS. You’ll get to:

• Assemble/fit together parts to form complete units or sub-assemblies at a bench or on the floor. (Approx. 60%)
• Read and understand operation standards, as needed, such as blueprints. (Approx. 15%)
• Manual movement and lifting by fastening parts together by hand and/or using hand tools and portable power tools. (Approx. 25%)
• Focus on safety, quality, and achievement of specific/exact objectives
