Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a reliable Milroyal Assembler to join our Ivyland, PA team. The role involves assembling, inspecting, and packaging products on an assembly line or independently, while meeting safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with a team to ensure efficient production and timely delivery. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of mechanical/assembly experience, is a good communicator, and can follow detailed instructions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in mechanical, assembly, or other fast-paced operations.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints or technical drawings.
• Proficient with hand, pneumatic, and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and team lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and parts following detailed instructions.
• Read and understand the bill of materials and work order instructions, blueprints, or technical drawings.
• Complete assembly tasks using various hand, pneumatic, and power tools.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Test and troubleshoot assemblies.
• Monitor and request materials and components as needed for assembly.
• Follow all safety guidelines, including wearing PPE.
