Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. is seeking Assemblers for the Anderson, SC manufacturing site. Day shift roles involve building parts and subassemblies to spec, using hand, power, and pneumatic tools, and following detailed work instructions.

Qualified candidates will read diagrams, maintain quality and safety, and support packaging of finished goods. Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred, with a focus on teamwork and reliability.

Assembler

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble parts, components, subassemblies, and finished products using hand, power, and pneumatic tools.
• Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, diagrams, photographs, and sketches.
• Align, fit, and secure parts to required specifications and tolerances.
• Perform assembly operations involving mechanical components and attachments.
• Use drills, torque wrenches, pneumatic tools, gauges, and test fixtures.
• Package, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions.
• Proficiency using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
• Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment.

Work Environment

Exposure to varying, noise, fuels, chemicals, and machinery.

Requires strict adherence to safety procedures and quality standards.

Internal Qualifications
