The 1st Shift Assembler (Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM) plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate assembly of products during second shift operations.
This position is responsible for interpreting assembly instructions, handling components, and assembling parts to meet quality and production standards. The Assembler contributes to maintaining a smooth workflow by adhering to safety protocols and collaborating with team members to meet production targets.
Attention to detail and consistency are essential to prevent defects and ensure customer satisfaction. Ultimately, this role supports the manufacturing process by delivering assembled products that meet company specifications and deadlines.
1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
