About the Role

The Weekend Shift Robotic Welder plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining advanced robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality welded components. This position requires precision and technical expertise to ensure all welds meet stringent quality and safety standards.

The role involves interpreting blueprints and welding specifications to program and adjust robotic systems accordingly. The Robotic Welder collaborates closely with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and optimize welding processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Ultimately, this position ensures efficient production workflows while maintaining compliance with all safety and operational protocols.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating robotic welding equipment in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and welding symbols
  • Basic knowledge of welding processes such as MIG, TIG, or Arc Welding
  • Ability to perform mechanical adjustments and routine maintenance on robotic systems

  • Certification in robotic welding or related technical training
