Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking candidates for a production assembler role in Dexter, MI. You will assemble electronic and mechanical components using hand and power tools, following diagrams and schematics to ensure accurate builds.

Daily tasks include quality checks, basic electrical testing, and operating production machinery. You may assist with packaging, inventory, shipping, and receiving, with occasional prototype modification and testing as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling electronic and mechanical components.
• Ability to follow diagrams, schematics and step-by-step instructions.
• Capable of performing basic electrical testing and quality checks.
• Willingness to OT and weekend hours as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components using hand and power tools.
• Follow diagrams and schematics to build products.
• Perform routine quality checks on completed parts.
• Operate production machinery and report issues.
• Assist with packaging, inventory, shipping, and receiving.
• Assist with modification, rebuilding, and testing prototypes when needed.

Overtime 5AM-2PM

Saturday OT 6AM - 2PM when scheduled.

• You will assemble electronic and mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and basic workshop equipment.
• You will follow diagrams, schematics, and step-by-step instructions to build products accurately.
• You will perform routine quality checks and basic electrical testing on completed parts.
• You will operate production machinery and report any equipment issues to supervisors.
• You will assist with packaging, inventory, shipping, and receiving as needed.
• You may occasionally help modify, rebuild, and test prototype assemblies.

work hours: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM
