Scope of Role

The Assembler is responsible for duties related to the assembly, sub-assembly, and packaging of speed reducers or gearboxes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assemble products according to established methods, procedures, and standards, including sub-assembly from bills of materials and production orders.
2. Perform assembly from engineering prints and blueprints.
3. Use hand tools, impact wrenches, grease guns, and operate presses and testing equipment.
4. Inspect units and parts for quality and completeness.
5. Complete documentation of daily work.
6. Operate overhead hoists, cranes, or forklifts as needed.
7. Assemble gearboxes using liquid nitrogen.
8. Ensure units are painted and packaged correctly, matching labels and units.
