Job Title: 1st Shift Machine Operator - $15.75/hour
Location: Enoree, SC
Shift: Monday-Thursday, 7 AM - 5 PM

This position is responsible for ensuring that production lines operate at optimal levels by closely monitoring running conditions and smoothing the production process flow based on customer specifications, inspection, and packaging requirements.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Set up production lines
• Handle all job change-over activities, including uninstalling and reinstalling production tools for the next job
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor
• Perform daily wipe-down of production traffic areas
• Communicate with Team Leader on Quality Assurance issues
• Manage logistics of raw materials, finished goods, and scrap materials
• Assist the Production Manager with weekly preventive maintenance of machines
• Perform various tasks related to the daily production schedule
• Maintain production pace throughout the shift
• Pay close attention to quality and detail
• Ability to switch between tasks efficiently
• Be reliable and a hard worker
• Maintain written records and documentation of daily activities
• Maintain professionalism at all times
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
• Perform repetitive motions as required
• Stand for 8 to 10 hours; some stations have sit-down desks
• Be self-motivated
