Job summary

Advisacare is seeking in-home caregivers/CNA to provide basic care in home settings, with transportation to appointments and light housekeeping. Travel within Oakland and Macomb counties is required, with a supportive team and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include basic health services, patient comfort, document care, and companionship. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to travel within service area and work both independently and in a team.
• Ability to pass background check/drug screen.

• Instruct and counsel patients and families on diet and exercise.
