Job summary

Redline Plastics is seeking hardworking individuals to join our production team. If you like hands-on work with power tools and a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. You’ll craft finished parts to meet customer specs and collaborate with teammates to hit daily goals.

We value problem-solving, attention to detail, and reliability. This daytime shift runs 6am–2pm in Lincoln, NE, with strong safety practices and room for growth within a modern facility.

• Ability to read and follow work instructions and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate routers, flame torches, power drills, band saws, and drill presses to craft finished products that meet customer and quality standards.
• Detect and report any defects or issues, ensuring only top-quality parts move forward.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to keep things running smoothly.
• Keep accurate records of finished parts and ensure they’re moved to the correct locations.
• Work closely with teammates and accept guidance from leadership to meet production goals and expectations.
• Work efficiently to hit parts-per-hour goals while following customer specifications.

Physical Demands
