Position

Converting Operator – Tier Four

Location: Sussex, WI

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:00 PM

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate machinery per production specs and safety protocols
• Perform machine startups, shutdowns, and basic troubleshooting
• Monitor operations to maintain consistent quality and output
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance
• Adjust machine settings to optimize performance
• Operate electric pallet jacks, roll lifts, and hoists
• Document production data and report issues
• Perform quality checks in line with our Quality Management System
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Support other tasks as needed

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a machine operator or similar role
• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and safety procedures
• Basic math and computer skills
• Mechanical aptitude and a strong commitment to quality and safety

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience
