Job summary

Cabinetworks Group is seeking a 2nd shift production worker for the Millroom in Waconia. You will operate equipment to process panel products, stack and transport materials, and maintain quality standards while following safety rules.

The role offers a competitive pay range of $23.00–$29.00 per hour plus a $1 shift differential and a $500 sign-on bonus. Hours are roughly 4:30 PM–4:00 AM, Monday through Friday with overtime possible on Saturdays.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate the various equipment and machines in the Millroom to process panel product.
• Stack product and transport to the necessary departments.
• Maintain production and quality standards.
• Follow all safety rules and work instructions.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Ability to read and understand move tickets.
• Must be able to read and understand a tape measure.

Shift & Pay

Shift: 2nd Shift

Job Type: Full Time

Pay Range: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour + $1.00 shift differential.

Bonus: One time sign on bonus of $500 that will be paid out 50% after 45 days and 50% after 90 days of employment.

Hours: Range from around 4:30 PM - 4:00 AM, Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday overtime.
