Qualifications

• Education requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Education; Master's preferred.
• Must have valid Texas Teacher Certification or be enrolled in an Uplift designated certification course.
• HB 3 Reading Academies training by end of the 2022-2023 school year.

Responsibilities

• Arrives 15 minutes before start; performs assigned duties.
• Chaperones field trips and supports scholars.
• Maintains a positive classroom culture and adheres to policies.
• Delivers engaging lessons using Uplift and IB components.
• Keeps parents informed with regular progress updates.
