La Joya Independent School District is seeking a 1st Grade Dual Language Teacher at the ACE Campus to drive school improvement through high expectations, data-informed instruction, and strong community partnerships.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and Texas teaching certification, with at least three years of teaching experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred for dual language classrooms, and ACE-campus duties include extended hours and ongoing professional growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Education, curriculum or related field
• Valid or eligible to receive Texas Teacher Certification with required endorsements for subject and level assigned, required
• Experience: Minimum of three year’s teaching experience preferred
• Special Knowledge and Skills: Proven success in leading a classroom, data-informed decision making, strong instructional materials knowledge
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred (required if teaching in a dual language classroom)
