Job summary

AdvisaCare in Michigan is seeking dedicated home health nurses for 12-hour shifts, caring for a vented patient in Coopersville. Join our team for a low-stress environment and real one-to-one patient connections.

You will work 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am, with reliable transportation, a valid MI nursing license, and ability to travel within the service area. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Current MI Nursing License.
• Reliable transportation.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to travel within the service area.
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care for one patient per shift.
• Coordinate with family and team to ensure continuity of care.
• Document patient status and care provided during each shift.
