Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking experienced LPNs and RNs to provide personal care to a vent patient in Big Rapids and the surrounding areas, offering a low-stress, 1-on-1 care environment.

Shifts are 12 hours (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am); travel within the service area is required. Must hold MI nursing license, have reliable transportation, pass a drug screen/background, and enjoy a rewarding role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Current MI Nursing License is required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the service area.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services to clients in Big Rapids and surrounding areas.
• Offer home health visits with 1-on-1 patient care.
• Take part in 12-hour shift rotations (7am–7pm and 7pm–7am).
