Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking Top of the Line Home Health Aides to service our clients for Private Duty In-Home Care in Cedar Springs, MI and surrounding areas. If you believe each patient is as unique as the care they need and strive to offer the right care customized to each individual, all while honoring his or her preferences, choices, abilities and specific needs.

We have 1st shift opportunities: 8-hour shifts, flexible scheduling, part-time and PRN options.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Able to work independently with integrity.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the service area.
• CPR certification.
• Able to pass a drug screen/background check.

Responsibilities

• Assisting client with ADLs.
• Transfers (Patient is able to pivot transfer).
• Positioning.
• Bathing as needed.
• Catheter care.
• Going out with client to appointments as needed.
• Light house work (e.g., changing sheets, sweeping, mopping).

Skills

Reliable transportation
