AdvisaCare is seeking a Home Health Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant for private duty in-home care in the Ann Arbor, MI area. You will support patients with personalized care plans, maintain dignity, and assist with daily activities in a home setting.

This role offers 12-hour shifts and requires a reliable driver with a clean record. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, can work independently and within a team, and are able to pass drug screening and background checks.
