AdvisaCare is seeking compassionate, dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care for a client in the Fremont area. Private-duty, in-home care with a traumatic brain injury; you will provide hands-on personal care and build meaningful relationships with the client.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel within the service area.
• CPR Certification.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and prompting with ADLs.
• Build meaningful relationships with the client.
• Support daily living activities and mobility.
• Transport to appointments, errands and outings.
• Deliver compassionate, dignified in-home care.

POSITION DETAILS

• Private-duty, in-home care
• Client with a traumatic brain injury
• Assistance and prompting with all ADLs
• Client can walk but requires standby assistance at all times
• Transportation to appointments, errands & outings

AVAILABLE SHIFTS

1st Shift: 7 AM – 7 PM
3rd Shift: 7 PM – 7 AM
