Job summary

BCI is seeking a 3rd Shift CNC Setup Specialist to set up mills, lathes, and machining centers and to drive quality and efficiency through accurate tooling, offsets, and fixturing. You will read blueprints, verify first-piece quality, and support the night shift with technical expertise.

Join a foundry and machine shop focused on continuous improvement, reducing downtime, and keeping production moving while maintaining safety and precision across the night shift.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up CNC machining centers, mills, or lathes.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment.
• Strong understanding of tooling, offsets, workholding, speeds, and feeds.
• Experience troubleshooting machining and dimensional issues.
• Ability to work independently on 3rd shift.
• Experience machining castings is a plus.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus.

What You'll Do

As our 3rd Shift CNC Setup Specialist, you'll be the technical resource that keeps machining operations running efficiently throughout the night.
