Staff Management | SMX is hiring immediately for Warehouse Assemblers in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Join our team to enjoy weekly paychecks, benefits, and a commitment to a safe work environment. Pay rates for 1st shift start at $15/hour and $16/hour for 2nd shift.

Candidates should be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 70 lbs. Experience with hand tools and communication skills are essential for success in this role. Opportunities for advancement and additional training are also available.

Qualifications

• Must be able to use hand tools, grinders, drills, and impact guns.
• Required to read and understand work orders.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day and to lift up to 70 LBS.
• Forklift experience and certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Tape/grease ends of chain.
• Grind the tops of the chains if painted or rusty.
• Ream out bolt holes if the chain was painted.
• Torque down all bolts per specifications using the torque machine.
