Responsibilities

• Access control for guests, tenants, and vendors.
• Enforcement of client and company policies and procedures.
• Observation and reporting of security and safety hazards.
• Conducting routine foot patrols.
• Reporting issues and incidents to management, clients, and departments.
• Interacting with clients, visitors, officials, employees, and the public.
• Other duties as assigned.

This role may require working inside and outside in varying temperatures, standing, walking, bending, lifting, and sitting at a computer for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and operate Microsoft Office and security programs.
• At least one year of verifiable work experience, military, concierge, or related degree considered.
