The selected candidate will perform various duties, including:

• Access control for guests, tenants, and vendors.
• Enforcement of policies and procedures.
• Observation and reporting of hazards.
• Routine foot patrols.
• Reporting incidents to management and clients.
• Interacting with clients, visitors, and the public.
• Other duties as assigned.

This role may require working indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures, standing, walking, bending, lifting, and sitting at a computer for extended periods.

Minimum requirements include:

• At least 21 years of age.
