Rymco LLC, an Authorized Retailer for Cricket Wireless, seeks a Retail Sales Manager to lead a busy store and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage a sales team, implement local promotions, and maintain visual merchandising to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (Required).
• 2+ years of sales experience (Required).
• 1+ year of management experience (Preferred).
• Language English (Required).
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work retail hours: Mon–Sat 9 AM–8 PM; Sun 12 PM–5 PM.

Job Type: Full-Time

Company: Rymco LLC (Authorized Retailer for Cricket Wireless)

Earn up to $20/hour base + commissions (up to $27/hour) + up to $1,500/month in store performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
