This is a 7-hour per day IA-II (Title 1) position at Winchester Elementary School starting 8/24/2026 . The work calendar for this position is 184 days in a full academic year.Per OAR 581-037-0006 , Instructional Assistants in Title 1-A funded positions are required to have:

• Completed two years of study at an institute of higher education; OR
• Obtained an Associate's (or higher) degree; OR
• Met a rigorous standard and demonstrate through a formal state, or local academic assessment or paraeducator certificate program, knowledge of and the ability to assist in instructing:
  • Reading, writing, or mathematics; or
  • Reading readiness, writing readiness, and mathematics readiness, as appropriate

Starting Salary: $18.29 - $23.14, depending on previous experience and education
