Job summary

Town Pump is seeking a motivated Store Maintenance Member for the Belgrade location. You will handle customer service, pump maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep inside and outside the store, including security and assisting cashiers as needed.

The role involves maintaining pumps and equipment, performing repairs on refrigeration and HVAC systems, and following safety procedures with PPE. You will also paint, clean, and upkeep property under varying outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

• Be responsible for customer service, mechanical operation, repairs, housekeeping inside and outside the store, store security, and assisting store cashiers whenever possible.
• Repair, grease, clean, and test fuel pumps, and associated equipment including refrigeration, HVAC systems, and control systems. Practice safe procedures in repairs and tool handling while wearing protective clothing and other necessary personal protective equipment.
• Clean and paint buildings, sidewalks, fuel islands, etc. and handle building and property upkeep to include landscaping and trash and snow removal. You are exposed to cold and other outdoor weather conditions.
• Maintain use or repair books, safety manuals, duty logs, pump inspections, and electrical schematics, and maintain lights to included lamp and ballast replacement.
• Commit to keep the store running and come in as needed, interact with the public providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist clerks or managers as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and ensure smooth mechanical operation of store equipment.
• Repair, grease, clean, and test fuel pumps and related systems; follow safe procedures and wear PPE.
• Perform exterior and interior maintenance including painting, landscaping, and cleaning under outdoor conditions.
• Maintain records, manuals, pump inspections, and electrical schematics; replace lights and maintain electrical safety.
• Stay flexible to cover shifts as needed and interact with customers professionally.
• Support clerks and managers to keep daily store operations running.
