Job summary

Town Pump is hiring a motivated Store Maintenance Manager for our Belgrade location. You will oversee maintenance of the entire property, including HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, and fuel pumps, and coordinate with outside repair vendors to ensure work is completed.

You will supervise maintenance staff and housekeepers, maintain logs and manuals, assess pump systems, and report progress to the store manager. We offer strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
• Boilers License required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the entire property including HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, and fuel pumps.
• Coordinate with outside repair personnel to ensure work is completed satisfactorily.
• Supervise maintenance staff and housekeepers, including scheduling and training.
• Collaborate with store management to address maintenance-related operations.
• Maintain maintenance logs, safety manuals, duty logs, pump inspections, and electrical schematics.
• Review work orders and report completion to the store manager as instructed.
• Provide training for new maintenance staff and cover emergencies with a flexible schedule.
• Maintain a valid Driver’s License and Boilers License where applicable.

As a Store Maintenance Manager, You Will

• be responsible for maintenance of the entire property, both external and internal, including HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical, fuel pumps, etc.
• work closely with any outside repair people to ensure all work is completed satisfactorily.
• supervise maintenance workers and housekeepers, including continued training and development, scheduling and discipline.
• work closely with the store manager and assistant managers. Meet with the store manager to discuss any phase of the operation that the maintenance department is involved with.
• maintain use or repair books, safety manuals, duty logs, pump inspections, and electrical schematics, and maintain lights to included lamp and ballast replacement.
• evaluates requisitions for work or work orders and report completion to the store manager as instructed.
• maintain a flexible work schedule to cover emergencies, and provide training and orientation for new maintenance and housekeeping staff.
• maintain a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record and Boilers License (where applicable) and complete other duties as assigned by managers.
