Rymco LLC, an authorized Cricket Wireless retailer, is seeking a results‑driven Retail Sales Manager to lead our store team. You will drive sales, mentor staff, and ensure outstanding customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

This role offers hourly pay plus commissions, with potential bonuses and room for growth. Schedule includes Monday–Saturday, with Sundays; candidates must be able to work retail hours and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience (Required).
• 2+ years of sales experience (Required).
• 1+ year of management experience (Preferred).
• Language English (Required).
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work retail hours: Monday–Saturday 9 AM–8 PM; Sunday 12 PM–5 PM (hours subject to change).
