Pavillion Agency Inc. is assisting a family on the Upper East Side of New York City in finding a Part-Time, live-out Family Assistant/Nanny to support home management and childcare for two school-aged children.

The role includes homework oversight, transportation for activities, dinner prep, groceries, vendor coordination, and light housework. Flexibility for occasional evenings and overnight stays 3–4 times per year is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Tech-savvy with ability to use devices and apps
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience caregiving or nannying is a plus

A family of four on the Upper East Side, need to hire a Part-Time, Live-out Family Assistant/Nanny to help manage home and care for two school-aged children.

• Overseeing homework and school projects


• Taking children to appointments and/or other activities


• Preparing dinner for the children


• Keeping the home stocked with supplies and groceries


• Managing vendors and scheduling maintenance/repairs for the primary home and secondary home in Connecticut


• Loading and emptying the dishwasher


• Laundry


• Managing the trash/recycling


• Running errands (dry cleaning, packages)


• Assistance with hosting parties


• Taking on organization projects as requested

The schedule is generally Monday - Thursday from 12pm - 7pm and 12-4pm on Friday, with flexibility to work evenings and stay over as needed (approx. 3-4 times/year).

The ideal candidate will be tech savvy, and ability to drive is a must.

Salary range $40-45/hr.
