Position Summary

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) oversees all sales and distribution within an assigned region, driving growth through direct sales and strategic channel partnerships. This role focuses on expanding the customer base, maintaining client and vendor relationships, and fostering strong partner networks. The RSM recruits, trains, and develops sales staff while also engaging in partner acquisition and management. They conduct deal reviews, strategy sessions, and provide coaching to ensure success in both direct and partner-driven opportunities. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and resultsdriven, with the ability to lead in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Hire, train, and develop Business Consultants as needed for regional growth.
• Set and audit weekly goals, review calendars, and establish time management best practices.
• Provide coaching and counseling to improve individual and team performance.

Strategic Initiatives

• Represent and support corporate initiatives with a positive attitude.
• Analyze regional trends to identify new partnership and market opportunities.
• Implement strategies to achieve targets set by management.

Marginal Functions

• Ad hoc projects and other duties assigned.
• Mandatory seminars and training.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong understanding of business/economic environment and channel sales strategies.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and achieve results through direct reports and partners.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to forecast pipeline projections accurately and analyze partner performance.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Education & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and marketing, with channel partner experience strongly preferred.
