Job description

Overview

Design and development of manual and automated Test Plans and Cases based on client approved requirements and specifications; reviews test plans and test cases with the client; obtain client sign-off; create and maintain defect logs; provide summary reports on defects and support root cause resolution with programming/engineering teams; maintains systems to ensure application reliability, scalability, and compliance prior to release. Periodically audit project files and documents for compliance with IDP procedures, standards and guidelines; participate in all staff meetings as required; align test strategies with stakeholders, audit QA artifacts, and contribute to process improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, validate technical documentation for coverage, and maintain system expertise while performing duties per QA standards; carry out integration, functional and data testing to ensure the final implementation of standards through the successful execution of the Site process and procedures; work with On Site team, development teams, project managers, technical services, and business users. Relocation/telecommuting may be required plus travel to various unanticipated client locations within the United States for short- and long-term assignments.
