Job summary

Building & Earth Sciences, Inc. is seeking a Construction Materials Testing Field Technician Trainee. No experience required, though basic construction skills and outdoor work experience are preferred. The role offers training and advancement as you grow in the field.

The position pays about $17+ per hour, depending on experience, and includes a full benefits package with travel perks. Night/weekend shifts and travel may be required, with per diem for travel outside the local area.

• Operate company-provided tools and equipment in the field.
• Support travel to various project sites with per diem when outside local area.
• Be the boots-on-the-ground for Southeast projects and remote locations.

Remote project technicians are paid per diem on top of their hourly rate and are paid for their travel time to different jobs.

SCHEDULING NOTE: This position will require NIGHT shift work as well as some WEEKEND work days. Your daily schedule can change from day to day and you must be able to accommodate a flexible working schedule and have reliable transportation to and from the branch office at all hours of the day if needed.
