Building & Earth Sciences, Inc. is seeking a Construction Materials Testing Field Technician Trainee in Little Rock, AR. No prior experience required; candidates with basic construction skills and outdoors experience are preferred.

The role offers growth through on-the-job training and real hands-on testing. You will join a team doing concrete, soils, rebar and mortar tests at commercial sites, with a weekly schedule that may include night shifts and weekends.

Remote project technicians are paid per diem on top of their hourly rate and are paid for their travel time to different jobs.

SCHEDULING NOTE: This position will require NIGHT shift work as well as some WEEKEND work days. Your daily schedule can change from day to day and you must be able to accommodate a flexible working schedule and have reliable transportation to and from the branch office at all hours of the day if needed.
