The Schedule & Routine
- This role offers a unique full-time structure centered around school routines, offering built-in midday flexibility alongside guaranteed support when it matters most:
- Standard School Days:
- Mornings (6:00 AM – 9:00 AM): Help him wake up, eat a nutritious breakfast, and get ready for a great day at school.
- Afternoons (3:00 PM – 6:00 PM): Pick up from school, manage after‑school routines, play, and wrap up the afternoon.

- Collaborative Partner: Work side‑by‑side with mom to maintain consistent boundaries, routines, and a supportive environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Patient & Reliable: Dependable, punctual, and steady—someone who thrives in early morning routines and brings positive energy to the day.
- Structured & Organized: Proactive about staying ahead of daily tasks, meal planning, and keeping spaces tidy.
- Flexible Mindset: Ready to seamlessly step into full‑day care on short notice during sick days or school holidays.
- Health & Safety First: Flu vaccination is required for this role.
