Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a CDL A Tanker Driver to safely operate a tanker truck and deliver bulk materials to customer sites within our network. You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain logs, and ensure accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, communicating with dispatch and customers for timely deliveries, and keeping equipment clean while reporting any maintenance or safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and handle bulk materials.
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Effective communication and customer service skills in a delivery environment.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize routes, and adapt to changing schedules.
• Valid Class A CDL.

What You'll Be Doing

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
