Heidelberg Materials is hiring for a concrete mixer truck operator responsible for delivering ready‑mix concrete to customer sites. The role requires strict adherence to safety procedures, pre/post trip inspections, and accurate delivery documentation.

You will communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries while providing professional service and representing Heidelberg Materials on job sites.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready‑mix concrete to customer job sites
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and follow all safety and operational procedures
• Provide professional customer service while representing the company on job sites

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
