• The Pay Package: Bring home $1,600 to $1,850 gross weekly ($104,000+ yearly baseline), with high-volume physical unloaders hitting $2,500+/week. Features an experience rate of $0.73 to $0.76 CPM, a $2,500 sign-on bonus ($250 paid on load #1), $240 per trailer unloaded, $75 per backhaul, and $250 for NYC borough deliveries (1–3 days paid training at $150/day).
• The Lanes & Freight Handling: Dispatches originate from Windsor, CT, servicing retail store docks across New England and NY (900 weekly miles) across 3 loads. 100% Physical Offload: Hand-unload store inventory box-by-box via roller ramps. Requires bringing 2 weeks of supplies to orientation. Trucks park securely at regional DC or store locations.
• Home Time & Dispatch Expectations: Select your rhythm: home weekly for a full 34-hour reset, or home daily for 10-hour off-duty breaks depending on customer dispatch demand. Requires availability for night driving, weekend shifts, and holidays.
• Who We Need: Requires 3 months of verified Class-A experience in the past 36 months (no trainees) and strong professional patience. Clean pre-employment hair follicle and urine toxicology screens are mandatory.
