Job summary

Petersime NV is seeking a Digitalisation & AI Programme Lead to shape the company’s digital maturity and governance. You will coordinate AI initiatives, support ideation, and ensure clear expectation management across teams.

In this role you will promote digital tools, document needs, and develop business cases while leading projects with internal and external partners to deliver value and drive innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in digitalisation/AI or equivalent experience.
• Passion for AI with a critical mindset: AI is the engine, data is the fuel.
• Experience in project management is an asset.
• IT-savvy with ability to navigate technical IT matters.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Your responsibilities

• You map the company’s digital maturity. In consultation with colleagues, you help bring ideas to the table and make them open for discussion.
• You are the main point of contact for digitalisation and AI projects. You support the ideation process and ensure clear expectation management.
• You are responsible for setting up and managing digitalisation and AI governance.
• You are a digital advocate who actively promotes the use of digital technologies and ways of working. You identify and document digital needs, develop digitalisation business cases and support prioritisation.
• You maintain a central overview of the portfolio of digital innovation projects.
• You plan and coordinate these projects, aligning with internal stakeholders and external partners. You take on a project management role, monitor the project scope and ensure progress reporting.
• You have a strong affinity with digital tools and AI products. You are technically skilled and use these technologies to develop solutions yourself.
• You take the lead in embedding a digital mindset by training and guiding colleagues when new technology is introduced.
• You encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing around digitalisation and AI.

Your profile

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a field with a focus on digitalisation and AI, or you combine a bachelor’s or master’s degree with relevant experience in a similar role.
• You are passionate about AI, while also keeping a critical mindset: AI is the engine, data is the fuel.
• Experience in project management is an asset.
• You are IT-savy and easily find your way around technical IT matters.
• You have an innovative and forward-thinking mindset.
• You are fluent in both Dutch and English.
