Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

3. Review patient records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulations.
4. Use classification software to assign clinical codes for insurance reimbursement and data analysis.
5. Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to clarify diagnoses or to obtain additional information.
6. Perform regular audits and quality checks on the medical records.

Position Requirements:

1. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding medical records and patient rights.
2. Proficient in medical terminology and classifications.
3. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies in medical records.
4. Strong organization and management skills.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
