They assist the Program Manager, ensuring organized documentation and providing administrative support. As the initial point of contact for clients, they create a welcoming environment, offer information, supplies, and travel assistance, contributing significantly to the team's functioning. Flexible days and hours may be required to meet community needs, with the team sharing on-call responsibilities.
