HH Staffing, part of Array Corporation, is seeking a Lot Coordinator in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves inventory management, lot organization, and ensuring vehicles are front-line ready. Compensation starts at $15.50 per hour with full-time hours and flexible shifts.

You will shuttle vehicles, assist with dealer trades, and support location managers with administrative tasks. Beneficial to have strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management: check in new arrivals, track vehicle availability, and update the fleet system with unit status.
• Lot organization: park and align vehicles, manage overflow lots, and ensure the facility is presentable.
• Merchandising: verify pricing stickers, tags, and required documents for cars to be front-line ready.
• Vehicle movement: shuttle vehicles to vendors, handle dealer trades, or assist with field tasks and customer pickups.
• Support: assist Location Managers with filing, fuel logs, and general reporting.

1. Inventory Management: Check in new arrivals, track vehicle availability, and update the fleet system with unit status.
2. Lot Organization: Park and align vehicles, manage overflow lots, and ensure the facility is presentable.
3. Merchandising: Ensure cars are "front-line ready" by verifying pricing stickers, tags, and required documents.
4. Vehicle Movement: Shuttle vehicles to vendors, manage dealer trades, or assist with field tasks and customer pickups.
5. Support: Assist Location Managers with filing, maintaining fuel logs, and general reporting
