Job summary

For over 50 years, MHMR has provided community-based services for youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), mental health conditions, and substance use disorders, as well as babies and young children with developmental delays. Indirect - Administrative/Clerical/Customer Service

As the Community Alignment Coordinator, you'll develop and deliver curriculum, facilitate trainings, and conduct outreach across Texas. We need someone with strong communication skills, flexibility, and a team-oriented attitude. You should be organized, motivated, and passionate about community impact. Collaborating with internal and external partners, you'll help promote our mission and expand our reach through high-quality training programs and strategic partnerships. This role demands proactive problem-solving and thrives in a collaborative environment dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through education and training.

Defined Education: Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Public Health, Education, Public Relations, Communications, or related field

Preferences: Master's Degree; Spanish-speaking

Years' Experience: Two (2) years

Defined Experience: Curriculum development, training facilitation, and community outreach, preferably in early childhood or healthcare-related field
