Trailblazer Staffing Solutions is seeking a Mammography Technologist for a travel assignment in Edwards, Colorado. The role involves operating 2D and 3D mammography equipment for screening and diagnostic imaging, ensuring high-quality images and patient comfort.

Requirements include at least 2 years of recent Mammography experience, ARRT radiography certification with post-primary Mammography credential, active state licensure where applicable, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Mammography experience.
• Active ARRT certification with primary endorsement in Radiography and post-primary in Mammography.
• State radiologic technologist license or state mammography permit where applicable.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Compliance with MQSA requirements and ongoing CE credits.

Responsabilités

• Perform high-quality 2D/3D screening and diagnostic mammograms per MQSA standards.
• Assist radiologists during diagnostic procedures including breast ultrasounds and biopsies.
• Explain procedures to patients and position to optimize image quality.
• Maintain patient records and manage image transfer in PACS/RIS.
• Conduct routine QC testing on mammography equipment and ensure regulatory compliance.
