Job summary

HRforGrowth is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a 13-week contract in Haxtun, CO. The PTA will initiate prescribed exercises and support the rehabilitation process under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PTA program, Colorado or compact license, and BLS certification. 10-hour days, Monday–Friday, with a weekly compensation of $2,000–$2,150.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Initiate prescribed exercises for physical rehabilitation services.
• Support restoration of function and relief of pain under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Help prevent disability through assigned rehabilitation interventions.
