The successful candidate will hold a BSN, MI RN license, and BLS, with at least 1 year in infection control or stewardship.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required
• MI RN license required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of infection control or antibiotic stewardship experience
• Experience in long-term care or related healthcare settings
• Prior leadership or management experience in a healthcare environment
• Ability to work Monday through Friday with on-call responsibilities
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and handle urgent or fast-paced situations

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations in the long-term care facility
• Collaborate to develop and implement infection control and antibiotic stewardship protocols
• Maintain compliance with state and federal nursing and healthcare regulations
• Document and monitor quality assurance initiatives and patient care outcomes
• Execute staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to ensure optimal patient care
